What counts as a "client"?▼
A client is an end-customer you manage. Each client can have unlimited domains and certificates.
Is VAT included in the prices?▼
Prices shown are ex-VAT. UK VAT (20%) is added at checkout via Stripe Tax. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID get reverse-charged.
How does the Founder discount work?▼
The first 20 workspaces get founder pricing locked for 24 months — applied automatically at checkout, with no code to enter: Starter £49/mo (normally £99), Growth £149/mo (normally £249), Scale £399/mo (normally £599). The discount carries across plan upgrades during the 24-month period.
What happens if I reach my client limit?▼
Adding clients pauses at your plan limit — no surprise overage charges, ever. You will see a warning in the billing dashboard as you approach the limit, and you can upgrade in one click or archive a client to free a slot.
Can I cancel at any time?▼
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal with no exit fee. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
